Kinshasa is made up of 4 districts: Tshangu, Funa, Lukunga and Motamba. Mon Ami Guelord began with the creation of the first medical center in Tshangu, the most populated and disadvantaged district which faces socio-health precariousness.
The aim of Mon Ami Guelord is to expand into the 4 districts, in order to make the centers accessible to the entire population in Kinshasa.
